The Create Dunwoody Storefront Art Exhibit brings the creativity of Dunwoody High School students to life by transforming local business windows into vibrant art displays. Located throughout the Greater Dunwoody Village area, this temporary exhibit highlights young talent and brings visitors to the businesses.
Select pieces from the exhibit are also showcased in other local art initiatives, including the City of Dunwoody’s Greenlight Art, Perimeter Mall’s Wall Art, and other Create Dunwoody projects, further expanding the reach of these talented student artists.

2026 Artists and Artwork Descriptions Below
2026 Artist: Kseniia Kutsenko Artwork: Name of the artwork is “Fragile Harmony”. The artwork shows the connection between humans and nature. Hands represent people, and flowers, turtle, and insects represent animals. The artwork shows that nature is fragile, but humans and nature depend on each other. Together they create balance and harmony.
2026 Artist: Monserrat Mora Hernandez Artwork: As a selected artist for the storefront art exhibit gives me the opportunity to bring color to the community. My goal as an artist is to make art that can be shared with others to enjoy.
2026 Artist: Lellany Bonilla Artwork: Peaches because we live in Georgia and it's known for its peaches.
2026 Artist: Sabina Karnani Artwork: In Beneath the Trees - I have lived in Dunwoody for my whole life, and to get to have a piece of me in the heart of the city, to be able to point out my work and feel like I’ve accomplished something that makes other people happy would mean a lot.
2026 Artist: Hadley Fortune Artwork: Grow Together- All flowers have meaning, but sunflowers symbolize loyalty and adoration. In this piece, it represents sisterhood, lifting other women and respecting one another, no matter ethnicity, race, religion, or sexuality. Pink is seen as a patriarchal constraint as a socially constructed label for women, but in the background, I used it to demonstrate defiance and resilience. Finally, the hand and sun symbolize lifting up one another & finding joy together and inside ourselves.
2026 Artist: Lila Gutierrez Artwork: Beautiful: a play on words outlining the beauty of Dunwoody’s nature and insect life.
2026 Artist: Sofia Perez Artwork: La Vida de Futbol This drawing represents the many unique countries participating in the soccer games this summer. In my artwork, the soccer ball is shown being kicked into the net to capture the excitement and action of the game.
2026 Artist: Fiona Rusert Artwork: Strawberries - this piece is a closeup of a pile of strawberries showing detail and color.
2026 Artist: Mariafernanda Roblero Artwork: Power Beneath the Surface This painting shows a tiger drinking water in nature. I chose this tiger because it represents strength, calm and power. The water reflects peace, while the tiger shows the wild beauty of nature.
2026 Artist: Leah Yi Artwork: Scrapbook Memory I reconstructed my memory from my summer of 2024 into this artwork. Having been to the New York City for the first time in my life, seeing so many beautiful architectures, including the Statue of Liberty awed me. The scrapbook represents collection of memories. Sharing the joyful memories inside the scrapbook is the perfect way to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States.
2026 Artist: Charlie Rosenfelt Artwork: Rainy Day. My artwork is the inside of an umbrella outside on rainy day. I wanted to make something that would look peaceful and dreamy.
2026 Artist: Alexander Romero Artwork: The Breathtaking Heart of Georgia Explanation: My piece captures the Blue Ridge mountains, a forest, and some of the many diverse wildlife during a sunrise in Georgia.
2026 Artist: Adelyn Johnston Artwork: Taroko was originally headed for food markets but was rescued and brought to the Georgia Aquarium, where he lived for nearly 20 years and helped people learn about whale sharks and ocean conservation. I created this piece to honor his life and show how one animal can inspire millions of people to care more about the ocean.
2026 Artist: Natalie Morales Artwork: The Fawn. This drawing is of a young curious fawn staring at the soul of anyone choosing to look its way. It has a beautiful grassy landscape as well to showcase Dunwoody's beauty and grassy environment.
