Explorefest is a new community event at Dunwoody’s Jett Ferry Area that invites residents and visitors to discover businesses, music, and community spirit. This free event will feature a Battle of the Bands and a passport challenge with prizes in a family friendly atmosphere.

Mt. Vernon Road & Jett Ferry Road; Dunwoody, GA
Passport Challenge (10am-2pm)
Visitors stop by participating Williamsburg businesses throughout the center and collect initials or stamps on a passport sheet to receive a prize.

Battle of the Bands (10am-2pm)
Competition featuring high school bands, with solo artists performing between sets in a showcase of talent.
Are you part of a high school band? Apply now to be considered for the Explorefest Battle of the Bands.
Selected bands will perform live at Explorefest in front of the community. The winning band will receive a recording opportunity, and runner up bands will receive prizes.
To be considered, bands must be made up of high school students and submit the application form along with a video link of the band performing.
